Jules Cosgrove

Marketing Manager

The love of property and the understanding that a home is a space which tells both a story of who we are and what we have created is what fueled my love of the Real Estate industry. Joining Ray White Toowoomba in 2010 I have lived and breathed almost every facet of the business but I found my strength and passion in Marketing.

Being able to share the vision and the story of both our agency and the people who make up our team was a skill I learnt in my early life which was initially encompassed by the world Drama and Communication. Obtaining my Diploma in Speech and Drama from the Trinity College of London in my senior year of high school, I went on to study a Bachelor of Arts (Drama) at QUT Academy of the Arts. In the subsequent years I went on to teach at a number of private drama and dance studios across Brisbane including Brisbane Girls Grammar School and Forest Lake College.

In the years to follow a mutual love of costuming and fashion saw my career move into retail, managing high end fashion stores, running my own fashion label and styling other labels, fashion parades and photo shoots. As the digital age ensued I honed my skills in Marketing which utilised my knowledge of sales techniques learnt from retail, my eye for design and my ability to effectively communicate.

My focus turned towards the property industry and interior design when I became a visual merchandiser for Pillow Talk. Setting up living spaces and encouraging people to feel and get excited about creating a place that illustrated who they were and made them feel at home saw my career naturally progress into the Real Estate and building industry.

Working for a number of years with a Property Developer I fell in love with the industry and gained a strong knowledge of the world of construction. But I truly found my home and my passion when I joined the team at Ray White Toowoomba.

With the growth and development of our beautiful city, I’m proud to be part of a team that is at the forefront of Real Estate in Toowoomba. I’m genuinely excited about what the future prospects hold for our region and I look forward to being a part of that journey.
