We are currently looking for an enthusiastic customer service focused individual to join our telemarketing team. You will be responsible for outbound calls to our existing clients together with associated administrative tasks in maintaining our database.
The successful applicant must be friendly and persuasive with excellent communication skills. You must be able to listen well, display a high level of self-confidence and patience. You will need to be persistent and results driven.
Experience in a telemarketing role is preferred but not essential. Basic computer use, especially a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
This is a casual position – 16.5 hours per week, 5.5 hours for each shift, 3 shifts per week and is week days only. The start date is immediate.
