So, from January 2019 Ray White is offering property owners weekly disbursements. You’ll have three options to select from:
Weekly (Every Thursday)
Monthly (Last Thursday of the month)
All existing arrangements will remain in place unless a property owner chooses to alter their disbursement preference.
Q. How much will I receive each week?
A. As always, the disbursement amount will depend on when tenants pay their rent and how much is paid. With weekly disbursements occurring on the same day each week, and tenants tending to do the same with rent payments, property owners should start to see a pattern and be able to judge how much rent they are likely to receive each payment.
Q. Why didn’t I get any money this week?
A. Ray White Property Management will disburse all available funds in the trust account. If a tenant has paid their rent in the past week the funds will be disbursed.
Q. When will I receive my statement?
A. Statements will be emailed automatically from the Ray White PropertyMe system upon disbursement. Property owners also have the added convenience of viewing statements and other tenancy information through the PropertyMe owners portal 24/7.
Q. What happens if there is a Public Holiday on a Thursday?
A. Disbursements will occur on the previous business day.
