When your experience is our success!

Customer experience has always been a high priority for us at Ray White Toowoomba and Ray White Rural Toowoomba. With this being an essential part of our sales process, this week our focus on Customer Satisfaction has paid off for the team, with clients rating us ten times with a 10 out of 10 score for the quality of service we provided throughout their sales journey.

When selling and buying through a Ray White office,  buyers and sellers are independently surveyed and are asked to rate their experiences with the agent and the office as part of the Ray White Customer Satisfaction Programme (NPS).

Ray White Toowoomba Co Principal Lindsay Southwell said ‘Both offices take great pride in customer satisfaction and it shows. In the last 12 months both offices were consistently approaching 90 out of 100 NPS scores making them one of the top performing groups for Ray White Internationally.’

Mr Southwell said ‘Not only are these scores a testament to the latest training and systems which ensure our clients are our first priority but it also shows the calibre of the people working at Ray White Toowoomba and Ray White Rural Toowoomba.’

For your focus on making the sales experience as positive as possible we ‘d like to congratulate Anne Pohlner, Daniel Steinberg, Verity Campbell and Wade Lockrey from our Ray White Toowoomba office and Joanne Rowe from our Ray White Rural Toowoomba office. These achievements are a highlight for our offices and we love that we were able to help these clients to enjoy the Ray White_Know How sales process.
